Employees - Name, Address, Age, telephone Number, Email Address, Bank Details
Customers/Suppliers – Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address

This is to enable us to do the following:
Employees – to keep on file, to keep track of development in company, to pay wages
Customers/Suppliers – delivery purposes, to provide receipt of purchases

We will inform you at the point of collecting information from you, whether you are required to provide the information to us.

How long your personal information will be kept

We will hold your personal information for the following periods:
Name and Address – 6 years to satisfy UK tax law
Age – once your age has been verified by us it will be deleted
Email – as soon as an email receipt is sent, your email address will be deleted
Job Packs – 5 years as is required by law

These periods are no longer than necessary in each case.
